Can I customise the product as gift or add any personalised note ?

Yes, you can. We have a " any additional information " - option during check out, you can leave your message there. 

For Example : " Hello Raji, A special gift from your .... " Kindly gift wrap and send.

Note :We don't charge any extra amount for gift wrapping or hand written notes. Happy Shopping!

Do I need to have an account to place an order ?

No, you can place an order using guest checkout without having an account. However, we recommend making an account on our website to make your shopping experience swift and simple.

You can also Sign in directly using Facebook account or Google Account.

How long is the order processing time ?

Orders are processed Monday - Saturday. Standard, Express, and Priority will process within one (1) to two (2) Business Days. Business days exclude weekends and select holidays. All orders are subject to availability and credit authentication. During sale and holiday periods, additional processing time may be required.


Once your order is processed and shipped out, we will notify you by email & Whatsapp message & Text message.

Cash on delivery available ?

Yes cash on delivery available for the orders above INR 499.

You can choose cash on delivery option in the payment options during checkout. However, Our team will verify and re-confirm the order before shipping. 

Kindly provide us with the valid contact details, if we are unable to reach you the order will be automatically cancelled.

How can I track my order ?

An E-mail & Whatsapp message confirmation with the order number will be sent to you confirming your order, once it has been received. The confirmation will be sent within 30 minutes of your order being placed. 


You will also receive an E-mail & Whatsapp message, when your order ships with both the carrier and tracking number. Once the order is picked up you will receive real-time updated order status and shipping information via text message at any time with the respective carrier tracking number.

How do I make an exchange ? 

We want you to be happy and ensure the best service if for any reason you are not satisfied with the purchase and If the product has a manufacturing defect. 

(i.e torn, stains, stitched incorrectly) , Our QC team will inspect the return shipment upon receiving it at our Warehouse. 

we can offer a replacement of the product. It must be informed to us within 48  hours of receipt.


Return Pick up charges will be bear by us.

Forward shipping charges and any size difference amount need to paid ( for size exchange's )

Order Modification / Cancellation

If you decide to cancel or modify your order, please write to us as soon as possible. We will do our best to make the change. 

If it’s too late for our team to cancel/modify your order, you can return your order to us once you’ve received it.

All honcho baby orders that are placed on the weekdays are shipped within 24 to 48 hours ( 1 to 2 business days ) from the placement of order on the website. It might take a longer time when the orders are placed on weekends/holidays. 

Tracking Your Order

You will also receive a E-mail confirmation when your order ships with both the carrier and tracking number. You will also get an updated real time order status and shipping information via message at any time with the respective carrier tracking number.

Free Shipping

On orders amount of above * INR 1599 +, we offer free standard (2 to 8 business days - depends on the region) shipping and standard shipping charges will be applied for the orders below INR 1599 *. 

Note : Order totals are calculated after all sales or promotions are applied and exclude all sales tax & shipping charges.

Return Policy

At Honcho Baby a final inspection for all the products are done by our quality control team to ensure every unit matches the AQL standard before it reaches the shipping department. 


What items are eligible for return? 

If the product has a manufacturing defect. (i.e torn, stains, stitched incorrectly) , we can either offer a replacement product or refund. Return shipping will be borne by us. It must be informed to us within 48  hours of receipt.


In case of an incomplete/wrong order sent by, the correct order will be sent once the customer contact us. In order to cancel or return an order you need to either email us at hello@honchobaby.com or contact us at +91 9566786439


We do not accept returns for items not purchased on honchobaby.com. If you have purchased a Honcho Baby's product from anywhere other than honchobaby.com, please refer to the return policy of the company you purchased it from.
